For beginners

Title: Sonata in C Major (1st Movement)
Composer: Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

Many piano students have to play this piece at some time, and this is one that I made my kids play when I was teaching piano, so they say it's only fair that I play it. It was described by Mozart himself in his own thematic catalog as "for beginners". This piece made me look into the meaning of sonata versus cantata. In a way, this could be considered a cantata for the piano, but without the supporting instruments. I pray that this may help others who are learning this piece, to play better.
